Elkhart USD #218 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national  origin, gender, age or disability in admission to its programs, services, or activities, in access to them, in treatment of individuals, or in any aspect of their operations. The Career and Technical Education Programs offered at Elkhart USD #218 do also not discriminate in enrollment or access to any of the programs available. The Elkhart USD #218 District does not discriminate in its hiring or employment practices.
